My work also concerns philosophical romanticism, especially Novalis, and the scientific and artistic worldviews of J.W. von Goethe and Rudolf Steiner. Among others, I am the author of the monograph "'Mathesis of the Mind': A Study of Fichte's Wissenschaftslehre and Geometry" (Brill/Rodopi: Fichte-Studien Supplementa no. 29), and translations into English of texts by Fichte, Schelling and Novalis. I am currently writing a book on the philosophical methods and architectonic of Fichte's Wissenschaftslehre.
Post-Doctoral Fellow - Bavarian Academy of Sciences in Munich, from 2009-2011, collaboration on the Johann Gottlieb Fichte Gesamtausgabe (vols. II/16, II/17, IV/6).
Dr. phil. - Doctorate in philosophy in 2009, jointly from the Université Paris-Sorbonne in France and the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, Germany (Supervisors: Prof. Jean-François Courtine & Prof. Günter Zöller).
M.Litt. - Research Master of Letters in philosophy in 2003 from University College Dublin, Ireland.
B.Sc. - Bachelor of Science in pure mathematics and philosophy in 1999 from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
I am a member of the Institute of Philosophy at the University of Leuven, Belgium, and the Leuven Research Group in Classical German Philosophy.
